Minneapolis (March 6, 2017) – RedBrick Health, a leading provider of health and well-being solutions that deliver engaging employee experiences and a strong Culture of Health, announced the successful launch of a comprehensive well-being solution for associates at SCL Health.
SCL Health, a faith-based, nonprofit healthcare organization, is dedicated to delivering person-centered care to those in the communities they serve, with an emphasis on those who are poor and vulnerable. SCL Health sought a well-being hub and delivery partner to engage associates and their families with an evidence-based approach, personalized and optimized to the needs of a caregiver population.

SCL Health employs over 15,000 associates and provides comprehensive, coordinated care through its hospitals, physician clinics, home health care, safety-net clinics and other services in Colorado, Kansas and Montana. Launched in January 2017, SCL Health and RedBrick have achieved strong engagement, with over one-third of all eligible associates registering within the first few weeks of availability.
