As Senior Vice President of Product Development, Daniel leads multiple teams working on product, content strategy and data. He is responsible for the delivery of innovative products that meet or exceed market requirements and drive consumer behavior change toward healthier outcomes. Daniel joined RedBrick in 2013, leading the launch of the data science team, focused on driving evidence-based research on the efficacy of RedBrick programs and creating a reporting and analytics data warehouse.
Prior to RedBrick, he has held numerous leadership positions in both public and private sectors, including the University of Minnesota and Control Data Corporation. In 1999, he co-founded SwiftKnowledge—a business intelligence software company focused on intuitive delivery of dynamic, actionable information. He delivered solutions across multiple business verticals, leading to a successful sale of the company in 2012.
Daniel received a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota with a concentration in behavior genetics, statistics, and individual differences. He has a track record of research contributions in both psychology and in data analytic systems.
As General Counsel, Kim oversees all legal matters at RedBrick Health, including corporate, contract and intellectual property law. In addition, she advises the leadership team and board of directors in areas of compliance, governance and risk management.
Before joining RedBrick, Kim spent 8 years with Capella Education Company, most recently as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs, where she led legal work related to corporate governance and public company requirements and advised on strategic business transactions, investor relations, executive compensation and contracts. Kim also oversaw the state regulatory function at Capella, successfully managing compliance and advocacy efforts. Prior to Capella, Kim was a partner at Graham & Dunn, practicing largely amongst corporate securities and governance matters, regulatory affairs and mergers and acquisitions.
Kim gained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with an Accounting emphasis from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
As Senior Vice President of Consumer Solutions, Tony leads RedBrick’s strategy to address the evolving consumer market. His responsibilities include developing new ways in which the RedBrick Health Engagement Platform and award-winning applications can reach more consumers outside of traditional employer, health plan and healthcare provider markets.
Tony joins RedBrick from Target Corporation, where he worked for 15 years in various leadership roles encompassing apparel, grocery, hardlines, strategy and operations, all focused on driving profitable sales through consumer and data-driven strategies. He led the formation of the Merchandising and Marketing Business Intelligence strategy, which focused on leveraging data to support business strategies, as well as Target’s first-ever international expansion, where he delivered $1.3 billion in revenue in the first year.
Tony graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Marketing Management. When he’s not at the office, Tony spends time with his wife and three children, usually at a hockey rink or baseball field. He enjoys staying active through playing sports and being outdoors hunting and fishing.
