As general counsel and corporate secretary, Kim oversees all legal matters at RedBrick Health, including board governance, corporate and commercial transactions, intellectual property, technology licensing and employment law. In addition, she chairs the Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) Committee. Kim is also the executive leader for RedBrick’s consumer support operations. Before joining RedBrick, Kim spent eight years with Capella Education Company in Minneapolis, most recently as assistant general counsel and senior director of regulatory affairs. Prior to Capella, Kim was a partner at Graham & Dunn, a law firm in Seattle, Washington.
Kim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance with an accounting emphasis from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. She received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Kim lives in Minneapolis with her husband and three children, and her personal interests include travel, reading, running, spending time in nature and food—both cooking and consuming!
Eric leads marketing, product strategy and business development, and co-created RedBrick’s content and behavior design lab. Eric joined RedBrick in late 2009, bringing two decades of experience creating and commercializing innovative technology solutions that empower consumers to take a more active role in their health. Prior to joining RedBrick, Eric served as chief innovation officer and general manager at Mirixa, a pioneer in connected care at the point of pharmacy, and SVP of marketing at RelayHealth, a leader in patient-physician e-connectivity. Eric has previously held leadership positions at StayWell, Medscape, and Johnson & Johnson where he helped build one of the nation’s earliest and most successful comprehensive corporate health management companies.
Eric earned a master's degree in public health from UCLA with an emphasis in behavioral science, and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. When he’s not visualizing a better health system, Eric enjoys mountain biking, running, travel and cooking (and eating) with his wife and two children.
Gary oversees RedBrick’s clinical strategy. He joined RedBrick in April, 2017 with over 20 years of thought leadership in population health management solutions, including comprehensive care management, condition management, and well-being programs, as well as provider solutions for employers, managed care and provider-based companies. Most recently, he functioned as an independent consultant working with innovative healthcare companies. Prior to that, Gary was a senior consultant in Willis Towers Watson’s Health Management practice after serving in a similar role at Deloitte Consulting.
Gary is a board certified pediatrician. He earned his M.D. from the University of Cincinnati, completed his pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and has an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. Gary was the founder and managing partner of a private pediatric practice in Glendale, California. He transitioned from full-time practice to healthcare consulting in 1996. Since then he has been volunteering one-half day a week in the outpatient clinic at Children’s Hospital as a clinical instructor of resident physicians, through an academic appointment at the University of Southern California. Gary spends much of his spare time hiking, playing tennis and traveling.
